Mental Health Support for Confidence & Self-Worth
Confidence and self-worth are fundamental to our happiness and success. However, it can be challenging to maintain these qualities in a world often filled with comparison and criticism. Our registered psychologists are here to support your journey towards a stronger self-perception.
We provide a safe space and effective strategies to enhance your self-confidence and self-worth. Our aim is to help you understand and challenge negative self-perceptions, and embrace a more positive and empowering self-view.
BILLING & DIRECT BILLING
In Alberta, psychological services can often be covered by health insurance. However, coverage varies significantly between different insurance providers and plans. It's important for each client to check their specific coverage details before commencing therapy.
We accept a variety of payment methods and can offer direct billing for certain insurance providers. Please contact our office for further details.
Our Confidence & Self-Worth therapy is designed to help individuals develop a healthier self-image and greater self-esteem. Using a blend of cognitive-behavioral therapy and person-centered approaches, we aim to help clients challenge negative self-perceptions and build self-confidence.
THERAPY APPROACH & PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS
Our psychologists are registered with the College of Alberta Psychologists and utilize evidence-based, person-centered approaches. They are experienced in working with individuals to boost confidence and self-worth, providing tailored strategies to meet each client's unique needs and goals.
