Mental Health Support for Discipline & Focus
Building discipline and focus is a vital part of personal growth and success. However, it can often be challenging to maintain these qualities amidst life's distractions and stressors. Our registered psychologists are here to help you navigate this journey.
We provide strategies and support to improve your focus, enhance self-discipline, and ultimately help you achieve your goals. Our aim is to understand your unique challenges and aspirations, tailor strategies that fit into your lifestyle, and guide you towards a more focused and disciplined life.
BILLING & DIRECT BILLING
In Alberta, psychological services can often be covered by health insurance. However, coverage varies significantly between different insurance providers and plans. It's important for each client to check their specific coverage details before commencing therapy.
We accept a variety of payment methods and can offer direct billing for certain insurance providers. Please contact our office for further details.
Our Discipline & Focus therapy aims to help individuals improve their concentration, self-control, and ability to achieve personal and professional goals. By using evidence-based techniques such as cognitive-behavioral therapy and mindfulness-based cognitive therapy, we create a plan to tackle challenges and foster sustainable change.
THERAPY APPROACH & PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS
Our psychologists employ an evidence-based, person-centered approach, taking into account each client's individual circumstances. They are registered with the College of Alberta Psychologists and have extensive experience supporting individuals in enhancing discipline and focus.
Engaging in our Discipline & Focus therapy can potentially lead to improved concentration, greater self-control, an increased ability to achieve personal and professional goals, and overall mental well-being. Remember, everyone's journey is unique, and results will vary.
Therapy sessions typically run for 50 minutes and can be conducted in-person or online. The frequency of sessions will be determined based on the client's needs and agreed upon by both the client and psychologist.
