In Alberta, psychological services can often be covered by health insurance. However, coverage varies significantly between different insurance providers and plans. It's important for each client to check their specific coverage details before commencing therapy. 


We accept a variety of payment methods and can offer direct billing for certain insurance providers. Please contact our office for further details.

We utilize evidence-based techniques such as Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), specifically tailored to address the unique needs of those dealing with disordered eating.

Our psychologists are registered with the College of Alberta Psychologists and utilize evidence-based, person-centered approaches. They have specialized training in working with individuals dealing with disordered eating, providing compassionate care and tailored strategies to meet each client's unique needs and goals.

THERAPY DELIVERY

Therapy sessions typically run for 50 minutes and can be conducted in-person or online. The frequency of sessions will be determined based on the client's needs and agreed upon by both the client and psychologist.
