In Alberta, psychological services can often be covered by health insurance. However, coverage varies significantly between different insurance providers and plans. It's important for each client to check their specific coverage details before commencing therapy. 


We accept a variety of payment methods and can offer direct billing for certain insurance providers. Please contact our office for further details.

Through evidence-based techniques such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, psychodynamic therapy, and interpersonal therapy, we work with clients to address challenges and foster healthier, more fulfilling relationships.

Our psychologists are registered with the College of Alberta Psychologists and utilize evidence-based, person-centered approaches. They have extensive experience working with individuals to enhance their relationships with family and friends, providing tailored strategies to meet each client's unique needs and goals.

THERAPY DELIVERY

Therapy sessions typically run for 50 minutes and can be conducted in-person or online. The frequency of sessions will be determined based on the client's needs and agreed upon by both the client and psychologist.
