BILLING & DIRECT BILLING
In Alberta, psychological services can often be covered by health insurance. However, coverage varies significantly between different insurance providers and plans. It's important for each client to check their specific coverage details before commencing therapy.
We accept a variety of payment methods and can offer direct billing for certain insurance providers. Please contact our office for further details.
Our Relationship therapy aims to help individuals improve their interpersonal relationships, whether they be romantic, familial, or platonic. Using evidence-based techniques such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, psychodynamic therapy, and interpersonal therapy, we work with clients to address relationship challenges and foster healthier connections.
THERAPY APPROACH & PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS
Our psychologists are registered with the College of Alberta Psychologists and utilize evidence-based, person-centered approaches. They are experienced in working with individuals to enhance relationship health, providing tailored strategies to meet each client's unique needs and goals.
Engaging in our Relationship therapy can potentially lead to improved communication skills, conflict resolution skills, deeper understanding of personal relationship patterns, enhanced relationship satisfaction, and overall mental well-being. Remember, everyone's journey is unique, and results will vary.
Therapy sessions typically run for 50 minutes and can be conducted in-person or online. The frequency of sessions will be determined based on the client's needs and agreed upon by both the client and psychologist.
