At Effect Therapy, we believe that investing in your health and wellness is one of the strongest choices you can make for yourself. For nearly 4 years, we have been serving the community of Lethbridge with a range of health services. What started as a single clinic offering Massage Therapy has grown into a multi-practice, multi-practitioner Health Centre with two convenient locations on both sides of the bridge.
Our approach to treatment starts with education. We take the time to help our clients better understand the mechanisms of injury, the relationships between muscles, the impact of good and poor cardiovascular activity, and more. This knowledge gives our clients the opportunity to be more active in their own approach to health and wellness.
We continue that approach through complete treatments provided by skilled practitioners using the tools and resources needed to achieve better outcomes. Our services include Massage Therapy, Acupuncture, Exercise Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, and more.
