The Preventative Health Program is divided into four 3-month semesters, with each semester focusing on one of the four pillars. 

The program begins with Physical Activity, ensuring a solid foundation for the rest of your journey. For the remaining three semesters, you have the flexibility to choose the order in which you explore Stress Management, Nutrition, and Restful Sleep. This allows you to tailor the program to your unique needs and priorities.

Throughout each semester, our experienced practitioners will work closely with you to provide education, guidance, and support. Our ultimate goal is to help you develop self-reliance and the ability to make informed decisions about your health. By the end of the year-long program, you will be well-equipped to continue living a healthy lifestyle and inspire others to do the same.
