Every month, we open up new slots for dedicated individuals ready to make meaningful changes.

Registration Process

Enroll in our Preventative Health Program with ease. Fill out the registration form below with essential information. Upon submission, our team will reach out to schedule an initial consultation. This is a vital step where we understand your specific health situation and tailor the program to meet your needs.

​

The program is divided into four semesters, each running for three months. Every semester starts with a consultation appointment, followed by three monthly follow-through appointments, and concludes with a Semester Completion Appointment. Throughout the semester, you'll also have access to physical and online resources, including invitations to group workshops and online collaborative platforms.

Once your enrollment is confirmed, you'll receive detailed program information, preparing you for the transformative journey ahead. We'll guide and support you through every step, cheering you on as you progress.
