Appointment Scheduling and Cancellation
All appointments must be scheduled in advance. A 24-hour cancellation notice is required to avoid fees. No-shows will incur full charges. Late arrivals may lead to shortened or rescheduled appointments but will still incur full charges.
New Client Procedures
New clients should arrive 15 minutes early to complete necessary paperwork. Valid ID and insurance information are required at check-in.

We offer direct billing to most extended health plans. Clients are responsible for providing accurate insurance information and handling any discrepancies.
