WHEN 'OKAY' IS ...
Available from our South Clinic
Just a word, it is likely time for help. Our mental health determines how we handle stress, what choices we make, how we related to others and affects how we feel and act. And maintaining good mental health changes with each new stage of life.
Addressing challenges and threats to our mental health is the final piece of a puzzle each of us put together as we make our way through life. For some, the pieces are many and the picture is blurry, for others, a few pieces are all that might be missing. For all of us, a place to start and somewhere to find help is often what's needed.
INCLUSIVE & DIVERSE
The Mental Health Therapy program with Effect Therapy is aimed at addressing a wide range of Mental Health and Addiction concerns for patients. This includes both diagnosed and undiagnosed Mental Health and Addiction issues.
The goal of our Mental Health program is to provide both an inclusive, ethical, and diverse opportunity for patients to address their concerns with their mental health, and the education and knowledge needed for anyone to improve their overall quality of life.
Our Mental Health program offers safe and private, confidential therapeutic spaces that offer themselves to individual, couples, and family counselling. Patients can choose from one or two hour sessions with the therapist of their choice. Patients should note that our therapists are concurrent capable meaning they can work with both mental health as well as addiction concerns.
